Burrito Casserole: Beef, chicken or pork with beans layered between flour tortillas and topped with longhorn cheese.

Enchilada Casserole: Chicken or beef between layers of corn tortillas and topped with longhorn cheese.

Veggie Casserole: Grilled zucchini, onions, carrots, bell peppers, shredded monterey & longhorn cheese layered between flour tortillas and topped with longhorn cheese.

All casseroles are served with chicken flautas, tostadas, lettuce, cheese, diced tomatoes, sour cream, rice & beans.

Choose 1 or 2 from shredded verde pork, Manny’s classic pork or grilled chicken. Served with cilantro, onions, pico de gallo, verd, limes and tortillas. Includes beans and rice. 2 tacos per person.
